Steven is a Chief Model Based Systems Engineer experienced in using various enterprise modeling tools to develop, maintain, and update complex systems using the Unified Profile for DoDAF and MoDAF (UPDM), Systems Modeling Language (SysML), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Steven has developed and validated DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) compliant enterprise architectures, domain level architecture data, and technical and functional requirements and able to capture mission goals, business processes, operational activities, resources dependent systems, design requirements, and specified technical rules. Steven has a BS degree in Industrial Technology from Lowell Technological Institute (Lowell Massachusetts) and an MBA from Bryant College (Smithfield Rhode Island).
A native of Kansas City, MO, Tony earned his Bachelor of Administration in Political Science & Minor in Communications from University of Kansas, his Masters in Sports Management from University of San Francisco and a Juris Doctor degree in Law from DePaul University College of Law.
Tony was previously the Director of Football Operations and Analytics as well as the NFL Liaison for the University of Michigan football program, where he was responsible for designing, developing and administering the team's football analytics initiative and player engagement program. Tony also played a key role in recruiting and oversaw special programs and events including the Michael Jordan Brand Launch, IMG/Rome Trips, NFL/College Football Exchange, Pro Day, Senior Bowl and NFL Combine.
Prior to his position with Michigan, he was President of the Coaches and Leadership Division at Perpetual Sports Management agency and worked in the front office of the San Francisco 49ers. As part of the San Francisco 49ers, Tony's areas of responsibility included player contract negotiation and comparative studies, salary cap tracking and optimization, advanced scouting operations and player acquisition analysis.
Sean has over 15 years of Enterprise and System Model Driven Architecture experience supporting the Department of Defense with expertise in MBSE (Model Based Systems Engineering). He has created dynamic MBSE solutions for Army, Air Force, Space Force, and Navy customers using the latest modeling languages, tools, and methodologies. Sean specializes in linking system behavior models with advanced simulation and data analytics to run Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) identifying the best hardware or software solution for a program or in your case the best player for a position. Sean is responsible for all company Model and Simulation projects.
Barry has over 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors in sales, finance, fundraising, government and athletics. He has also served in many leadership positions involving his church, non-profit organizations and the Home Association board where he currently resides. Recently he has been lobbying congressional lawmakers to raise money for brain research as part of his service to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation. He has also worked in the insurance and finance industry for close to eight years in the areas of home, life, auto insurance.
